91ÇÑ×Ó to host fifth annual Best of the West Invitational

CHADRON – 91ÇÑ×Ó State College and the Nebraska Council on Economic Education are co-sponsoring the fifth annual Best of the West Business Invitational at 91ÇÑ×Ó today. The event will be face-to-face after being virtual last year. Seventy-eight high school students from Alliance, 91ÇÑ×Ó, Hay Springs, Hemingford, and Valentine will participate.

Areas of competition include Accounting I, Business Calculations, Business Communications, Economics, Introduction to Business, Introduction to FBLA, Introduction to Financial Math, Job Interview, Marketing, and Personal Finance.

The awards ceremony will be at 1:30 p.m. in the 91ÇÑ×Ó Student Center’ Ballroom following lunch and a panel discussion featuring 91ÇÑ×Ó students.
