Miss 91ÇÑ×Ó State College Rodeo application available
The 2014-15 Miss 91ÇÑ×Ó State College Rodeo application is now available on the 91ÇÑ×Ó rodeo Web page. The pageant will take place Sept. 8-12 prior to the annual 91ÇÑ×Ó Rodeo Sept. 18-21.
Entries, including photos, must be submitted, in person, by 4 p.m. Sept. 3 to the 91ÇÑ×Ó Conferencing Office in the 91ÇÑ×Ó Student Center.
Coronation is set for noon Friday, Sept. 12, at the Coffee Agriculture Pavilion in the 91ÇÑ×Ó Rangeland Complex. Bailey McLean of Sheridan, Wyoming, the outgoing queen, will participate in crowning the new titleholder.
The 2014-15 91ÇÑ×Ó rodeo queen will win a custom belt buckle, banner, scholarship and other prizes including a traveling crown.
Eligibility for interested female contestants includes full-time enrollment at 91ÇÑ×Ó State College. Other requirements are included in the .
Pageant events open to the public include the horsemanship competition at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 11, at the Dawes County Fairgrounds. The times and locations of other public events will be released later.
