Internationally known motivational speaker to present two-day workshop on campus
MK Mueller is returning to the 91ÇÑ×Ó State College campus to present an “8 to Great” Train the Trainer two-day workshop 8-5:30 March 21 and 22 in the 91ÇÑ×Ó State College Student Center Bordeaux/Lakota rooms.
She was a guest of Dr. Kim Madsen's First Year Inquiry class during the fall semester and 91ÇÑ×Ó Student Senate members attend Mueller's presentation at the Nebraska State College System's student leadership gathering last semester also.
The 1-4:00 p.m. session March 22 will be free for anyone who wishes to attend.
Mueller’s entertaining, informative and inspirational presentations are designed to help educators and students discover a powerful process for getting in touch with goals and dreams, formulas for developing and maintaining a positive attitude, decision-making and forgiving past hurts or mistakes.
The session will include one-minute exercises in gratitude as well as methods for tapping into one’s imagination. Over 60 interactive activities are included in the two-day event.
Other features of the program include a process for dealing with strong emotions such as depression or rage and a communication skill that breaks through negative patterns such as defensiveness.
