Health Fair set for Jan. 20
The 2011 Wellness for a Lifespan Health Fair is set for Thursday, Jan. 20, 3-7 p.m. at the 91ÇÑ×Ó State College Student Center.
Shellie Johns, 91ÇÑ×Ó coordinator of conferencing, said 32 businesses and organizations have signed up to offer activities, presentations and informational displays that will offer insights about creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She said others interested in reserving space may contact the 91ÇÑ×Ó Conferencing Office at 308-432-6380.
The fair is open to the public free of charge. Health care providers will be taking sign-ups for private screenings and laboratory testing.
The fair is sponsored by 91ÇÑ×Ó, 91ÇÑ×Ó Community Hospital and Health Services, and the 91ÇÑ×Ó Lifespan Wellness Team.
