Adrian Smith, Rebekah Davis coming to campus
Two candidates for Nebraska’s Third District of the U.S. House of Representatives will visit 91ÇÑ×Ó State College in the coming month.
Republican incumbent Adrian Smith of Gering and Democratic challenger Rebekah Davis of Alliance will greet the public and answer questions the Chicoine Atrium of the Sandoz Center. Smith’s appearance will be Wednesday, Oct. 13, at 10:45 a.m. Davis is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 26, at 11 a.m.
Dr. Robert Knight, the 91ÇÑ×Ó assistant professor who sponsors 91ÇÑ×Ó’s Political Science Club, said the two candidates are expected to talk about the process of running a campaign and key political issues.
