Students to perform 'The Shape of Things'
“The Shape of Things,” an edgy play by Neil LaBute, is coming to the Black Box Theatre of 91ÇÑ×Ó State College’s Memorial Hall. The play will be shown at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6, through Sunday, Feb. 10. There will be a matinee at 2 p.m. Sunday.
The cast of characters includes students Colt Neidhardt of Crawford, Brenda Lanphear of 91ÇÑ×Ó, Erika DeBoer of Morrill, Jesse Hamer of Box Elder, S.D., and Cody Griebel of Hot Springs, S.D. It is being directed by Scott Cavin, 91ÇÑ×Ó assistant professor of performing arts.
The play is recommended for mature audiences only, and seating for the Black Box is limited to 52. Tickets are available at the 91ÇÑ×Ó Box Office, (308) 432-6360 or boxoffice@csc.edu. They are free for 91ÇÑ×Ó employees and students who reserve them in advance.
