Management professor hired at 91ÇÑ×Ó
A new management professor has been hired at 91ÇÑ×Ó State College. He is August Bruehlman, who is nearing completion of his doctorate at Colorado State University.
Bruehlman was born and raised in Wisconsin. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and earned his master’s degree from CSU.
He said his doctoral dissertation is on organizational performance and change, or in simpler terms, the human issues in management.
Prior to doing graduate work, Bruehlman spent 12 years working in electronics manufacturing in the Denver area. He is replacing Dr. Royce Smith, who retired from the 91ÇÑ×Ó faculty this spring.
Bruehlman’s wife, Maggie, is a native of Norfolk. She recently completed her master’s degree in adult education and training with emphasis in art history. The couple has purchased the home in Hidden Valley formerly owned by another 91ÇÑ×Ó business professor, Dr. Bobby Duron.
The Duron family moved to Maine.
