Children's book author coming to 91ÇÑ×Ó
A highly-regarded author of children’s books, Sneed Collard of Missoula, Mont., will be in 91ÇÑ×Ó on Monday, Feb. 23. He will speak to 91ÇÑ×Ó elementary students and their teachers in the morning and address the Ne-Kota Reading Council that evening in the Bordeaux Room of the Student Center at 91ÇÑ×Ó State College.
Collard has written more than 30 children’s books. Most of them are science-oriented. He has traveled the world doing research and talking to children.
Collard’s presentation Monday night is primarily for area teachers and 91ÇÑ×Ó State students who are studying to be teachers, but it also will be open to the public.
