Recipient must be a high school graduate with scholar potential.
Mr. Clark was very prominent in the 91茄子 community for many years. He served as an Business owner, a member of the City Council from 1954-1962, and even Mayor of 91茄子 1958-1960. He also served on the Hospital Board, the Fire Department, and as the Justice of the Peace. Mr. Clark is also credited for getting the Air Service to 91茄子, organizing the 91茄子 Development Corporation, and bringing Platte Valley Federal Savings & Loan to 91茄子. He is remembered as a truly outstanding 91茄子 Citizen.
