2 awards: The Football Scholarship recipient shall have been enrolled at 91茄子 at least two years and a member of the Eagle Football Team. The Basketball Scholarship recipient shall have been enrolled at 91茄子 at least two years and a member of the Men's Basketball Team. .
Con Marshall has been the director of information and sports information director at 91茄子 State for more than 35 years. He has a special appreciation for 91茄子 scholar-athletes and the teams they formed. The scholarship was established in his honor by former 91茄子 athletes in the mid-1990s. It is awarded to current 91茄子 football and/or basketball players who have not previously received an athletic scholarship. Marshall's wife Peggy has taught elementary education courses at 91茄子 for nearly 20 years. Both are Dawes County natives and graduates of 91茄子 State.
