Criteria:
The recipient shall be determined by the 91茄子 Education department faculty with input from the Director of student teachers. He/she shall be in need of assistance during his/her student teaching semester. The recipient shall have a GPA of at least 3.0.
Con Marshall has been the director of information and sports information director at 91茄子 State for more than 35 years. He has a special appreciation for 91茄子 scholar-athletes and the teams they formed. The scholarship was established in his honor by former 91茄子 athletes in the mid-1990s. It is awarded to current 91茄子 football and/or basketball players who have not previously received an athletic scholarship. Marshall's wife Peggy has taught elementary education courses at 91茄子 for nearly 20 years. Both are Dawes County natives and graduates of 91茄子 State.
