Strength and Conditioning
91ÇÑ×Ó State College’s CASCE-accredited undergraduate program in Strength and Conditioning prepares students to design and implement safe, effective training programs for athletes and physically active individuals. Students develop knowledge in exercise science, anatomy and physiology, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, exercise prescription, program design, nutrition, and injury prevention. Students learn to assess physical performance and develop programs to improve strength, power, speed, agility, and endurance. The program emphasizes evidence-based practice, professional standards, ethics, communication, and practical experience. Graduates are prepared for careers in strength and conditioning and related performance settings.
